These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClikClakAI mobile application. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ClikClakAI. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You must sign in using Apple or Google
You are responsible for maintaining account security
One account per user unless approved otherwise

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, post, or share:

Non–AI-generated videos
Pornographic or sexually explicit content
Content involving minors or exploitation
Hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
Content that infringes intellectual property rights

4. AI-Only Content Rule

ClikClakAI allows AI-generated videos only. By uploading content, you confirm:

The video is fully or primarily AI-generated
You have the rights to upload and share the content

Violation may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

By uploading content, you grant ClikClakAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Host, stream, display, and distribute your content within the App
Use content for moderation, safety, and operational purposes

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Remove or restrict content at our discretion
Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Review reported or flagged content

7. External Sharing

Users may share public video links externally. ClikClakAI is not responsible for third-party platforms or their policies.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or community.

9. Disclaimer

ClikClakAI is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or content availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClikClakAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
