These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClikClakAI mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ClikClakAI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• You must sign in using Apple or Google authentication.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
   
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
   
• One account per user unless explicitly approved by ClikClakAI.
   

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

ClikClakAI maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

You may not upload, post, generate, share, or otherwise distribute content that includes, promotes, or depicts:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material 
• Sexual exploitation or content involving minors
• Nudity intended for sexual arousal
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Harassment, bullying, or threats
• Violence or incitement to violence
• Graphic or disturbing content
• Illegal activities
• Terrorism or extremist content
• Spam, scams, or deceptive practices
• Impersonation or fraudulent behavior
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
   

Any violation of this section may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without prior notice.

We reserve sole discretion in determining what constitutes objectionable content.

ClikClakAI permits AI-generated videos only.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• The video is fully or primarily AI-generated 
• You have all necessary rights to upload and distribute the content
• The content complies with these Terms

Non-AI-generated content may be removed.

To maintain a safe environment:

• Users can report content or accounts directly within the App.
• Users may block other users to prevent interaction.
• Reported content will be reviewed by our moderation team.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts based on reports or internal review.
   

We aim to review reports within a reasonable timeframe but do not guarantee immediate action.

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor content for compliance 
• Remove or restrict content at our discretion
• Suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts
• Cooperate with law enforcement where required
   

Enforcement decisions are final.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

By uploading content, you grant ClikClakAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, reproduce, display, and distribute your content within the App
• Use content for moderation, safety, legal compliance, and operational purposes
   

Users may share public video links externally. ClikClakAI is not responsible for third-party platforms, their policies, or how shared content is used outside the App.

You may delete your account at any time through the App.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You post prohibited content
• You pose a safety, legal, or reputational risk to the platform or its users
   

Termination may occur without prior notice.

ClikClakAI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, content availability, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClikClakAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
